Shipping Policy: Mendocino Mermaids

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Because we are a nonprofit organization, our shipping team is often composed of volunteers. We appreciate your patience as we work to get your mermaid gear to you! Orders are not shipped on weekends or major holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We primarily use USPS and UPS to ensure reliable delivery.

3. Local Pickup (Mendocino Area)

If you are local to Mendocino, you can skip the shipping fees! Select "Local Pickup" at checkout. We will email you with specific instructions and a pickup window once your order is ready.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has left our hands. The tracking number will typically be active within 24 hours.

5. International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand our reach to mermaids worldwide in the future!
