Shipping Policy: Mendocino Mermaids

Shipping Policy

Many items in the Mendocino Mermaids shop are shipped directly from our fulfillment partners. This helps us offer a wider selection of merchandise while supporting the work of Mendocino Mermaids.

Processing & Delivery

Orders require processing time before shipment. Delivery times vary depending on the product, fulfillment location, destination, carrier, customs, and other factors outside our control. Delivery estimates shown at checkout or provided after purchase are estimates and are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Multiple Packages

If your order contains multiple items, they may be fulfilled by different partners or locations. Your order may therefore arrive in more than one package and on different days. You will not be charged again simply because an order is divided into multiple shipments.

Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be provided after your order ships. Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to begin showing movement.

International Shipping & Customs

Some products may ship internationally. International orders may be subject to customs processing, import duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges, when applicable, are generally the customer's responsibility.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Contact us immediately if you discover an error. Once fulfillment has begun, we may not be able to change or redirect the shipment.

Delayed, Lost, Damaged, or Missing Orders

If your order is significantly delayed, arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or appears to be missing, please contact us at shello@mendocinomermaids.org with your order number and any relevant photos or information. We will review the issue and work with our fulfillment partner and/or carrier toward an appropriate resolution.

If applicable, Local Pickup (Mendocino Area)

If you are local to Mendocino, you can skip the shipping fees! Select "Local Pickup" at checkout. We will email you with specific instructions and a pickup window once your order is ready. Not always applies.
