Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges

Because our apparel, totes and accessories are made to order just for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, or for sizing and color choices. Please check the size guide and product details before ordering.

If something is wrong with your order

We will gladly make it right if your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or is not the item you ordered. Contact us within 30 days of delivery through our Contact page with your order number and a clear photo of the problem. We will arrange a free reprint or a refund.

Cancellations and address changes

Production starts quickly. If you need to cancel or change your shipping address, contact us within 24 hours of ordering and we will do our best, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order is in production.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking has not moved in 10 days or your package has not arrived, let us know and we will work with the carrier and our print partner to resolve it.

Digital downloads

Because digital files cannot be returned, all digital sales are final. If you have trouble downloading or opening your file, contact us and we will help right away.
