Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your Mendocino Mermaids purchase. Because many items in our shop are shipped directly from our fulfillment partners, return and refund procedures can vary by product.
Damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items
Please contact us as soon as possible and within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos or video showing the issue when applicable. We’ll review the problem and work with our fulfillment partner to arrange an appropriate refund, replacement, or other resolution.
Please contact us before returning anything
Do not mail a return without contacting us first. Some merchandise ships directly from fulfillment partners and return addresses vary. Unauthorized returns may not be eligible for reimbursement.
Change of mind, incorrect size, or customer ordering errors
Our fulfillment partners generally do not provide refunds for buyer’s remorse or ordering the wrong item or size. If you contact us promptly, we’ll review the circumstances and let you know whether a return or other solution is available. When an authorized return is possible, return shipping may be the customer’s responsibility.
Order cancellations
Contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order. We’ll do our best to help, but dropship orders generally cannot be canceled once fulfillment has begun.
Non-returnable items
Donations, digital downloads, gift cards, personalized or custom-made items, and membership dues after the applicable membership period or benefits have begun are generally non-refundable.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, we’ll issue it to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the credit appears.
